As a Premier Member of Information Management Network's service, you are eligible to participate in IMN's 'Referral Reward' program. This program is designed to provide incentives to those innovators and early adaptors who are willing to explore our exciting technology and tell others about the Information Number evolution.
IMN's rewards program is limited to the first {250,000} Premier Members. This special offering is for a limited time and will not be available to any new Premier Members registering thereafter**. However, if you are with in the first {250,000 } Premier Members, IMN will continue to pay you a commission on each additional new Premier Member you refer even after this special offering ends. The only condition is you must maintain current Premier Membership status in order to receive your commission Referral Rewards ( see Rules ). So, if you want to receive credit or referring others and get paid for it, it is important that you become part of the IMN family of {250,000} and join the Premier Membership now.
As a further incentive, if one of your referrals tells someone and they register as a Premier Member, IMN will pay you a commission on that new member as well, even after the special offering ends.
To continue our incentives, IMN will continue to pay you a commission annually on your referrals who continue to renew their Premier Membership status. IMN will do so indefinitely or until such time you terminate/expire your Premier Membership or switch to Basic Membership.

- You must be a Premier Member.
- You must have accepted the expense deduction and payment policy terms.
- Your annual membership must be in good standing, not expired nor past due.
- In accordance with current IRS guidelines, commissions valued at $600.00 or more must be reported as income to the IRS. A W-9 form must be filled out and filed with IMN prior to disbursing any commissions greater than the amount above. This form will be available on your Referral Rewards page.
- All referral payments are subject to applicable federal and state tax withholdings if necessary.
- Rewards are neither assignable nor transferable.
- You must have a social security number or employment identification number-EIN and must have a mailing address in the USA to participate.
** The number of Premier Members participating in the Referral Rewards Program is subject to change without prior notification to Members. The number of participation will not decrease but may increase based on interest of Program. |
